Our Traditional Bilona Process
Our signature A2 Gir Cow Ghee and A2 Kankrej Cow Ghee are prepared using the ancient Bilona method, a time-tested process that retains essential nutrients and enhances the natural aroma and taste of ghee.
The process begins with fresh A2 milk collected from healthy indigenous cows that are raised with love and care. The milk is naturally fermented into curd, hand-churned using a traditional wooden Bilona to obtain fresh butter, and then slowly cooked over a low flame to create rich, golden ghee. No shortcuts, no chemicals, and no preservatives—just pure goodness the way nature intended.
