1. Order Processing

We strive to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your organic products reach you safely and promptly.

• Standard Delivery (Metro Cities): 2 to 4 business days.
• Standard Delivery (Rest of India): 4 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 600/-. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order directly from the 'Track Order' section on our website.

5. Undelivered Packages

If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
